The position will support the Talent Management system and process in Oracle with responsibility for the applicant tracking and onboarding process. This individual will report to the Director of Talent Acquisitions.
Essential Functions
- Assist with the requisition, onboarding, pre-employment, and background checks
- Support the Human Capital Management (HCM), Learning Management System (LMS) and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules
- Closely collaborate and communicate with Talent Acquisition team with a focus on the requisition and pre-employment process
- Review applications and source passive candidates
- Provide support for DEI Materials management: StandOut and Talent project planning coordination: manage implementation timelines and deliverables, support internal communications and reporting as needed
- Assist with HR projects as requested
- Maintain a positive image of Camden with employees, management staff and the public
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources; onboarding or recruiting preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) preferred
- Strong technical and organization skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to serve our internal customers
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and security of personnel records and information
